PRECISION MECHANICAL MACHININGS
Cena Interpipes expands its core business starting from the mechanical machinings of: deep drilling, coring, boring and honing. The use of chlorine free, chlorine derivates free and active Sulphur free oil, allows the mechanical machinings on a vast range of materials with no influence on the characteristics of the final product.
DEEP DRILLING
- Cena Interpipes perfomrs mechanical machining of deep drillingstarting from Ø 30 up to Ø 265 Lengths up to 22 meters even with toll access on one side.
- Possibility of troght holes, blind holes, radial holes with drawing profile.
CORING (ENUCLEATION)
- Cena Interpipes realizes mechanical machining of coring with core recovery (enucleation) starting from Ø 150 up to Ø 400.
- Possibility of reducted cuts for the optimization of core recovery and reduction of material waste.
BORING
The boring machining can increase and / or improve the internal surface of pre-drilled and / or tubular components with the possibility of working internally different diameters with various types of junctions, connections or finishing designs.
HONING
Cena Interpipes trought its own smoothing process, performs finishing and improving works on the internal surface previously premachined. The honing process ensures the best superficial yiel and the full control of the parameters of geometric and form tolerances.
TOURNING
Cena Interpipes realizes tourning mechanical machinings according to the drawing for tubular components, shafts, cylinder bodies, and other products, in accomplishment to the mechanical machinings performed on the inner diameters.
